I don't know if this is an error in translation, but the placard states that it is "equipped" with the FC-1; does this imply that some conversions to AESA have already begun?

Afraid you are hallucinating =) ... no change in hardpoints in those pics. Just a dual-AAM pylon which we have seen in models before

Ifr of thunder is removable and therefore is added as per, mission requirement just like a pod.
