There is absolutely no way religion can be excluded from people's lives unless the kids are kept in an incubator until they are 18 and black blooded atheists.

Sikhs also believe in their religious activities, that is, carry kirpan (sword) with them. Does it mean they be allowed to carry it everywhere flouting other countries aviation laws?
Is religion the ultimate basis?

Sikhs in the West have won exemption to carry kirpan into schools and other places where knives are not allowed. I understand they can even carry it on board domestic flights in India.

But why disfigure the child?

Atheists would argue that teaching any religion amounts to mental disfigurement of the child. Unlike physical circumcision, which can be reversed, the mental "disfiguration" can never be fully reversed.

But their religious rights are violated after all, to keep other people (muslims n jews) safe, when they travel.

1. Part either grows or not, It's still being cut without consent. There is reason you cut your nails same reason is the reason for circumcision as foreskin is hazardous for health if not cleaned properly.
