JF17 block 3 is roughly equal to F16 Viper block 70 at one fourth of the price, good enough for PAF. Your country is a super power and super powers have their own image to protect, that's why you have trillion dollar programs to fill the tummy of your military complexes like Lockheed and Boeing.
