If you look at the ODA program Japan has with developing countries, we are very generous. Japan wants to build better environment where our two countries can foment greater investment initiatives, and development. This is irrespective of China's interests in the area. Afterall, a peace and stable South Asia is to the national interest of Japan, and to the entire world.

Mate if you don't know about Pakistan, then tell me tell you that Pakistan in 1947 badly need money b/c we were new baby and Japan have to pay us money in terms of war damages (world war 2), we didn't take that money and asked you guys to use it in proper place. So we Pakistani's and Japanese were friend since then. You can check that in your history records.

Except pakistan doesn'y have advanced hydrogen warhead material or technology.

How you really sure about that ? and yes we don't have nuclear bombs but after 1998 we suddenly we test one

No sir, ODA is not begging. Its a soft loan meant to be repaid back and used for development of the country. Every country in the world uses ODA to boost its development. It is not aid.

There is no real Dev in Pakistan only Lahore and selected Areas identified by sharif brothers, other Provinces' funds have been with-held by Fed. You can't pay loans if Economy is almost dead, the once pride of Nation garments industry of Pakistan have shrunk from $20b+ to just $2.5b thanks to musharaf, zardari and now sharifs...

I have read the statements by other members here as well. Development is the responsibility of your Provinces. Shahbaz Sharif just seems to be the most development oriented CM in Pakistan.
