Jamaat involved in Elias missing: Shahriar Kabir

.
Shokuner doai goru more na. How about this hypothetical scenario , that BAL gets extinct and BNP becomes the sole dominating party with Jammat in the opposition. Both the parties are at least
not dalals. Only then we will have a stable, functioning and safe democracy without any
foreign intervention.

Think harder. The "foreign intelligence agencies" that now fund AL (we do have a couple of these foreign intelligence agencies operating in our soil, if you didn't know ;p) would start funding people within BNP.

Jamat and the hardcore communists are the only mainstream parties that won't be influenced by money. But then again, these are ideological parties. Ideology = inability to adapt to a dynamic world.

.
Kobi, no parties/groups/organizations support Khilafah purely. If they are calling for it and think can implement, ask them to be my guest.

If they had knowledge, they should have known that its impossible to do it staying within the norms of Nationalism/Democracy.

And they are promoting it through a group? Which is again a big no-no in Khilafah itself?

Your intentions are good but wouldnt be wise to attach it to others.

Cheers!!!

Thanks... Neither i am trying to implement it nor belong to any group! Its just i believe in it and whenever some one tries to make fun of this system, i just try to support it.... Thats it... My intention is purely based on my religious belief, there is no group / party in it!

.
@ kobiraaz really you donnot know him !!!!"Dobe moro hatoo jal pani tee".

@ " Ba nazar , ba kadar ", Presidentia of Ghatak Dalal Nirmul committy ".

@ I tell you if some body can kill him or I get a news that he has been killed, I will at once give a Camal "Qurbani" that too to be bought from "Khati" Saudi Arab.
I know him ! ek2 Vaab nilam! He is already announced Murtad right??

.
This murtid sees Jamat involved on everything. Most Al leaders probably would be safe under BNP-Jamat rule however murtid like him will face (?) :sniper:

Ameen!!! :)

I think we need to make BNP into a more secular party. Secular does not mean atheist, it simply means that it is religion neutral and treat people of all religion equally. And then we need to try to attract more Hindu's, Christians and Buddhists in this party, by giving them more economic benefit during BNP rule. This way it might be possible to counter secular RAWamy League Indian agent with a secular anti-India BNP. While BNP currently gets support mainly from China (I guess the gulf country support may no longer be available), I think we should diversify BNP's support source and see if Japan and Korea may provide some support, as they have significant interest in investment and profit making in Bangladesh.

What's the need of secular BNP when secular Al already there? You just have prescribed the death of BNP. BNP was created to counter Al Bengali secular garbage. BNP is Bangladeshi version of Muslim league. BNP will die like orphan the day it leave Islam/Muslim.

Well it depends on the people of Bangladesh and their democratic will. I could be wrong, but I believe most Bangladeshi people do not want to see too much religion in politics and would have no problem having a live and let live attitude about coexisting and ensuring rights of Hindu, Christian and Buddhists. It will make it easier to woo the Hindu's back to the fold of BNP as a part of national unity among all religious groups, away from RAWamy League traitors.

It will help us considering the image problem we have as a result of the world wide campaign of Islamophobia run by Zionist world media as well as by Indian govt., media and people. It will also help us build a better relationship with majority Buddhist ASEAN countries starting with our neighbor Myanmar.

BD's existence in on the basis ISLAM and bangladeshi nationalism which inturn is shaped by ISLAM.
Our culture and way of life has been shaped by ISLAM and that's how we are culturally different
from W.bengal. A satanic ideology of secularism is against this countries very existence.

As for taking hindus back into nationalistic fold, these hindus don't even consider themsleves
bangladeshis but think of themselves as an extension of indian bengalis. India is their mecca and naturally they feel loyal to their hindu brothers of INDIA. The vast majority of hindus here
are like that but I don't hate them for that. There are some hindus though who are very
patriotic but they are a insignificant minority. They are living here for the 100s of years under
muslims rule without state secularism , so why can't they live now. ISLAM is the best guarantee
of minority rights. Bangladeshis are religious and won't go against the Quran. I personally
want to see a referendum on the issue of Secularism vs Islam, as that will permanently shut
the fart off mouths of these slave mentality awami suckulars.

And ISLAM has never been a obstacle to our relation with US or Myanmar. Remember, it was
pres. ZIA who took relations with the US to new heights. And he was the one to freed BD from
ideology of secularism.

Bangladeshi legal system is based on English common law, as far as I know, Munshi Bhai can give us more details.
Constitution of Bangladesh - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bangladesh
List of country legal systems - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

There is application of Sharia, in Bangladesh using Islamic fiqh of Hanafi system that came down to us from forefathers, but it is limited to family law for Muslims, the civil and criminal law is more based on English common law, I think. So we do not have Sharia and we probably never will.

There is a tug of war between RAWamy League and BNP about the inclusion of the word secular and declaring Islam as the state religion. I am for an open debate on this issue among our national body politic, so people can make educated decisions about the future direction of the country and amend the constitution along these lines if needed. Whatever people decide I am fine with it, as long as minority rights are protected.

These are off topic, may be we can make a separate thread about Secularism in Bangladesh.

If I am not wrong are you from Tennessee, USA!!!

folks of BNP are more secular than awami leaguers. Problem is if BNP politicians go on about secularism then they will lose the jamaat vote which is crucial. Awami League politicians on the other hand are old school, uneducated, street politicians; who defend india using negro logic.

BNP need to be reorganized. Secularism is not same as undermining Islam. It simply means that we keep religion, politics and govt. separate, the separation of church and state as they say in the US.

That said it all depends on democratic will of the people, how they want to see their govt., constitution, law etc. When they make mistakes, people learn and correct their mistake. That is democracy. So role of Islam really depends on people's will.

If BNP, as an internally democratic institution, decides to become a more secular political party, then if it is against the wish and taste of some people who want to see more Islamic leaning in their political party, they can go vote for Jamaat and elect their representatives.

As for Luffy 500's other comments about Hindu's being more aligned with India, yes I am aware of this fact, how could any Bangladeshi not know that. Anytime a Hindu makes some money, instead of making a house in Dhaka, many prefer to build their house or buy their apartment in Kolkata. We cannot avoid these migrations, it is human nature, people make long term decisions based on security although they may remain in Bangladesh to make money. This is how the Hindu percentage has been reducing since 1947.

But we still have a huge Hindu population 14-18 million. Most of them and their future generations will remain in Bangladesh. We cannot afford to alienate and not utilize the talent of this population. If BNP is a true national party, representing all segments of Bangladesh population, then it should not exclude or ignore the Hindu population. Simply put, if Bangladesh does well economically, Hindu's in Bangladesh will also do well, but if Bangladesh suffers, Hindu's will also suffer. So except for the one's that are in the process of migrating to India or other countries, there is no reason to think that Hindu's should not support Bangladesh national interest, as it is also in their own personal interest to support Bangladesh national interest. Indian agents in Bangladesh can be from any religion, they provide a service and get paid for it, their main identity is that they are traitors to their nation.

all the parties in bangladesh are fascists at heart. they all believe in extremist, be it right or left. Reforms will take time and bd has come very far.

So all you American, Japanese, Arabian, African, Canadian Bangladeshis are traitor as well as you choose not live in the hellhole called Dhaka?

He did not refer to Hindus as traitors, only was referring to human instincts. Nonetheless, people in Bangladesh (except Jamaats maybe) don't really have issues with Hindus, most hardly don't distinguish. Even BNP had hindu mps and ministers, and one of them has even spoken out against your government policies. However, anti india sentiments are high now more than ever and no one but the current AL regime is to blame. Its like in India, when they face any sort of threats, they start to point finger at ISI and Pakistan. Similarly, we point fingers at India, who is robbing us on day light.

@ Secularism is a dead isuue now. It was the slogan of old days of Socialist or Communist. After the fall of Socialism people are hardly bothered for that. But again after the incident of 9/11 at New York the issue came again.
