Unfortunately, I think their congress is very well aware of what they are doing. A strong and powerful Turkey is not in their interest (especially not after the Turkish-Israel crisis). Erdogan might be delusional at times, but he is right on this one. This is nothing less than an attempt to no allow Turkey to become too powerful. Economic attacks, F-35 blockade, YPG are just tools to achieve that.

China is cautious about getting involved in the mess of the Middle East, and their activity is limited to economical. They will never become a true ally of Turkey.

I don't disagree with you - US & the west is no sincere ally to Turkey. I was just pointing out that Turkey has nobody to in this world. All its neighbours and global/regional powers want to see Turkey's fall.

We know that but thats going to be hard. Especially when you won many people to your self. From African countries to middle-east countries we making very good relationship with the people itself. Turkey is always first if it comes to aid. We have also strategic bases located on important places. I think second phase will be powering Turkish states like Azerbeidzjan so Turkey can create a millitary block for itself. With Russia and China on its side this will be almost impossible but we gonna see what will happen.

USA will reconsider policy when Turkish government shows interest in purchasing J-31. It would be a big loss to USA's influence to have Turkey procure Chinese weapons systems.

Trump admin is trying its best to undermine NATO. Turkey's withdrawal would be a massive blow, though NATO may survive in a truncated form as a Western European entity with nominal North American support.

The best option for Turkey might be a joint project with Pakistan & China that delivers a 5th gen platform in less than 5 years.
