Not really. A special court has to be set up to see if these marines can be tried even, including deciding on the question of jurisdiction. As of now, the Marines are charged with no crime.

Exactly thats what i am saying. Goi got nothing to do with marines. It was suprem court pressure right? Any level of court will give sentence if the found guilty right?

Well if it could have been Zaid hamid's face photoshopped and put in place in that **** pic, then that would have been remotely related to "defence mattters" and totally halal to be in a defence forum. We would have considered it a legitimate post..lol
