If Marines won't be back within 23rd march,under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, there is a provision for redressal of inter-country disputes through arbitration. If India wins the arbitration, then the marines will have to be sent back to India to face trial. We also have the option of approaching the International Court of Justice.
