Oh Come on the 3-4 billion dollars AID that Israel gets from USA is only Overt.In my opinion the kind of technology Israel has and the numbers they have got they at least get 30-40 billion dollars a year covertly.

pak-yes..study their economy top companies that they own...highly unlikely they get 30-40 billion covertly but on paper its 10 billion dollars and is sufficient but much of what they get is on discounted price you get something for a billion dollars they get it for 300 million. most of their defense equipments are either brand new or up to date upgraded with not much room to spend much on them as they are in best shape..their exports they have full access in Europe and North America..
