I really don't want to start another flame war but Turkey has the capabilities that Iran can dream of. Turkey maintains bases in 5 countries in three different regions. No need to explain how Turkish sphere of influence is bigger than Iran.

In contract, Israelis promised that Heron can carry our Aselflir. But then, because of Heron's structural problems (such as Heron's weak engine) it failed to carry -300T. And according to contract, these kind of things must fix in Israel.
It is not because we couldn't, it is because of an international aggrement between Turkey and Israel. We are not a country who refuses international laws you know.
