Pakistan is fighting the WOT and Israel still gets more aid the Pakistan does. Pakistan is losing soldiers every day while Israel carpet bombed Gaza killing hundreds of civilians in a 5:1 civilian militant ratio because it took enough rocket damage to lose 3 civilians. Pakistan also pays for their equipment certainly the aid helps that but they don't get the most advanced equipment with source codes at 80% discounted prices and they still want more. So no i don't think the same could be said for Pakistan.
