More reasons to initiate ties with Israel. Both the countries have nothing against each other and should develop diplomatic ties to avoid any mishap. ISI and Mossad has cooperated in the past and we still continue to do so indirectly through CIA, but this needs to be built into a better relationship which can counter India-Israel strategic partnership.

Missile ranges decrease as per payload. This missile could still have been developed for Iran and not Pakistan.
