I don't see much hope for this ill thought out Kurdish project. They went too far way too fast, ignored everyone else's wishes and did their own thing and will get punished for it. Blocked from Turkey, blocked from Iran (land and air) has no sea ports, has to face possibly 4 military forces, and the US is still sorta on the fence about it, all Kurdistan has is little Israel all the way over on the other side of The middle east whicj itself is a small beach head enclave. And I seriously doubt the Israeli have the the stomach to militarily support the kurds without getting shot down or murdered on their way to "Kurdistan".

What a dumb move by the kurds... absolutely stupid. The time was not right and this just makes kurds (those who support independence) look like opportunistic *** hats.
