It is personal buddy because we are both in the same boat and can't seem to agree on facts of the civilizational enemy we are facing.
I don't blame parsis for wanting to go back.
In fact I would be right next to you doing whatever is required to enable your people to go back to lands which are rightfully yours.
Those lands are yours, period.
That's not what I was contesting.
I was saying even though it's your right to go back, you cannot because the enemy won't let you & would probably exterminate you ASAP.
What's worse the world would not care that this happened to you.
Have you ever wondered why the world does not care for YOU or for Kashmiri Hindus?
How come the largest genocide in human history committed by Mughals is not even whispered in our history books? Or for that matter in any history books of the world?
This enemy would stomp us and the world would watch and shove our dead bodies to the curb for being an inconvenience.
Regarding whose people are older, open a new thread, we can debate.
I have no illusions about the world caring.
I also have no illusions about the fact that India is the only place we can rightfully call our own as equals today.
But that is changing under the warped ideology of the Hindu right.
And it has brought home a sharp reminder to the community that should the tide turn one day soon, we might not be facing what we faced before, as drastic, but we might not be able to live on this land as equals anymore.
There is no doubt that Iran is our land.
I was talking to a Iranian half Persian recently. There is a lot of apathy. I don't see Iran happening soon. It is too stable and for mass reversion to reverse mass conversion, I believe you essentially need the same ingredients in the opposite direction.
Those ingredients are being provided right next door in what is also our ancestral land and people. Closely related.
The Kurds.
Guys like you and
@hussain0216 might well laugh today.
But would you not have laughed even louder if just 5 years ago I were to have told you that half a million Syrians and Iraqis would revert and become Zoroastrians again?
Well, it's happened and more will follow as the fighting and atrocities continue.
The KRG is already an autonomous region where the Iraqi armed forces cannot enter.
For all intents and purposes, there is no Syria anymore.
It's a matter of time before they declare independence.
Will India recognize Muslim Kurdistan?
The Zoroastrian resurgence does not require a state.
One city is all that's needed.
Remember how Israel was born.
