Is Social Media a threat!

It is precisely because I lived in both US and China that I can say for certain that Chinese people enjoy political freedom---in many aspect way more than US citizen because in China, everyone recognize the need for reform and the need for constant change. They are exposed to different types of politic system and recognize that ultimately, it is silly to hold on to a fix system invented by someone else and the best system is the one most suitable for your current situation. In US, people complain about the president, the government and argue endlessly who is responsible of the bottomless debt. Everyone knows that wall street bankers ruined the economy and yet nobody recognize maybe, just maybe, having the candidates of your highest office solely depends on the bankers is a bad idea. The Chinese knew and recognized the need for constant change, US doesn't.

I have said it many times and I will say it again----you know next to zero about what China is like and repeating false mantra a thousand times is not going to make it true.

you are a funny man. In the face of multiple links, in the face of the world knowing you have no political freedom... your paid propaganda that China has political freedom is hilarious. BUT it convinces nobody other than sheep.

in the US we argue , out of the argument comes a lot of information, comes diverse opinions ... and in China you all follow along as sheep. You seem to forget China copies US style of economic free market strategies. In china you don't even know if it bankers or someone else is to blame... because all you know is what the borg tells you.

funny funny man... you need to go back home and add to that number of obedient citizenry.

"you" do not represent the world, but then again you don't even understand what Chinese social media is like, I certainly doesn't expect you to tell the difference between a centralized, state guided socialist economy and US economy. The former just require a bit investigation and the latter actually requires academic understanding of different economic and political system. If you couldn't do the former, the latter is certainly out of question. You are rather desperate labeling inconvenient truth to you as "paid propaganda", but the world marches on regardless of what you believe.

the paid propaganda is one that tries to tell the world " no no don't pay attention to facts"... disregard all the realities and links showing that you guys have no freedom of press and political freedom", " censorship ? what censorship- it is all nonsense" ... rather to take " tranquilium" on his word ". You are the poster child of being brainwashed... you can only fool your fellow brethren ...the world already knows the facts about your censorship!

So, basically, what you did was ignoring the glaring hole in your argument that Chinese do discuss political situation openly and ignoring the tons of articles on various of political topics in Chinese and then keep repeated the mantra "Chinese have no freedom" like a broken record. Have you taken sometime to check the links I have posted? Mind explain to me where are those articles and discussion comes from? Keep burying your head in the sand and venomously accuse others being "paid posters" or "brainwashed" is a sign of desperation. The world is a bigger place than you think.

there is no ignoring , just educating you that political freedom to dissent means freedom to dissent. Not your version of oh chinese can debate an issue but within limited rights. Removing journalist who write dissenting opinions or do investigative works from wechat or throwing them in jail for shedding light on corruption is not call political freedom! ...

"Ignore" verb: refuse to take notice of or acknowledge; disregard intentionally. By blatantly refuse to notice the links and evidence present to you, the tons of articles from Baidu, you are ignoring the evidence and please, there is not a single country in this world that allows riots in its laws.
Bonus Army - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
And considering that even a brief search on Baidu shows tons of articles on corruption and measures against it. CCTV-1 also report the issue almost daily. China is way open regarding to issue than any US media.
