No Pakistan is not idiot to use Nuclear Weapons to take out enemies Frigates or Air Craft Carriers. RAAD and Babur both can carry convential war heads and take out enemy ships

One strike is not enough to destroy aircraft carrier and remember you are talking about aircraft carrier, One or two 1000-1200kg Babur with conventional warhead can't destroy it . Need five at least with pin point target to sink it.

LOL. With a Nuclear war head you don't need to target a moving unit but you have to detonate the warhead at a certain altitude above the target to give maximum damage

Pakistan's two nuclear cruise Missiles , the Babur - 2 and Ra'ad have been recently test fired in "Land to sea" mode.
Does that make Pakistan capable of blowing a whole fleet out of the water with nuclear weapon?

In cold war using AShCM equipped with nukes was option available to USSR against USA due to which US worked hard to find out how to handle that kind of situation.
