Russia selling equipment to India does not mean Russia will not sell it to Pakistan or any other country for that matter. Russia will sell them as along as they can make money or it serves Russian interests. Russia is even selling S-400 to China and Turkey with whom Russia fought direct wars.

Russia and France sell their equipment to all countries with no inhibitions. Purchasing countries just need the money to pay.

Russia are ready to sell Su-35, S-400, TOR, BUK, Pantsir etc. The ball is in Pakistan's court to close these deals.

Do you think Syria is buying all the weapons being used in the war? Russia needs a warm water base in Mediterranean and Syria is a good partner of Russia. Russia is doing and would do everything to defend Syria.
