Brother its more of the restrictions that he has put on the public and the savage way to deal with protesters. I really liked Musharraf but now I don't even understand what he is trying to establish.

So no its not his uniform but, its him not minding his own business. he has now started to think of himself as an arrogant person who can do anything he wants.

After eight years in power i think uniform has become irrelevant. Its not about uniform. Its about involvement of military in virtually every sector in Pakista. We should gather on one point and that is army should leave politics and only stick to what they are meant for

Few months ago a news was all over pindi garrison, General saheb is resigning, but Pak military top command stopped him . But that would be final and last phase of military involvement in Pak politics. Because this time media is directly involve in defaming the Pak army.
But again whats the surety that our weak politician, when they sit in opposition won't run toward GHQ to topple the opponents. Same elements those who are raising slogan against military, few years ago dancing in the street, when military took power.

what bothers me is the systametic attack on the most discplined institution army wherein the poltical parties are playing dirty role which will casue us all.

As i believe its the centre of gravity of Pakistan

Retirement can be extended to 65 I think in Pakistan if the institution requires it to.

Uniform was a non-issue for me. I just strongly believed him to be better than anyone else out there. When everything went against him, we all knew that at least he is the one who freed the media. With a free media you can't get away with anything. He however reversed on all that.

Sure he had his reasons. But it was a situation poorly handled. He should have fought off the media not ban it off.

If army leaves who is going to look after political corruption? Judiciary? What about when that too is corrupt and sidelined with Bhutto lets per say.

i think its time to go for MUSHARAF,what ever he did good, whatever he does wrong and what maybe he is wishing UGLY?
