The base there is just b.s... u cant wage a war frm there.
They didnt give it for use against Pakistan...
Also they member of OIC.Which u want but nobdy care.
Russia is USSR of the past... it wont jump in YOUR WAR.
As far as i remember they even offered us jets back in the 90s.

there is a difference between perception and reality... article unable to articulate clearly that they offered the deal.. might be cancelled under indian pressure.

Definitely the biggest threat b/s it requires only 10 minutes to reach Islamabad..
Hope Pakistan will do something to negotiate with Tajiks to close this airbase..
