When it comes to nukes, india is an after thought for us and nothing more. After that threat of "back to the stone ages" back in 2001, our threat perception has changed and we've been working to address that since then, 17 years ago. Do the math on how many we've pilled up thus far.
I think this is the reason we are not going for a BMD system and we are making more and more tactical nukes to use in battle field to destroy conventional Indian army. This is the very reason that when we make a nuclear threat the Indian leaders cry at the UN because they cannot deliver a Nuke to Pakistan other than through a bomber jet and they bought Rafale to defend those bombers from F-16 and JF-17
Unlike our neighbors I don't have the habit of underestimating the enemy. India has failures but there Missile program specially Agni and Brahmos are real threat and we need better Air Defence systems and also our Missile Systems which we have to strike back.
Please stay on topic the issue is they don't have deliverable Nuclear warheads. Missiles are there to deliver conventional warheads.

Agni can deliver a Nuclear warhead agreed but those type of nukes have never been tested by India they have only tested Pu 240 nuclear explosion and Agni cannot deliver that please take your time to read and understand the first post.
I agree cause i myself can never believe that they cant deliver nukes with some major players(u know who) behind them...
Sometimes the difference between tested and untested can be negligent, ponder on that, our missle n nuke program is better than them, everyone including the international players know that but that doesnt mean indians are little babies with nappies..
Which international community?? That community that has been using everything at its disposal to help or use india in destroying pakistan??
But according to international rule book India should be stopped from developing a nuke if they have not tested a deliverable system just like North Korea or world should also recognize North Korea as a Nuclear power because they have recently tested a bigger device than India
