We sign a military assistance pact with Pakistan. In case of armed attack on Vietnam, Pakistan will provide everything including troops to assist Vietnam in the fight.

We will pay for this. Not a burden for our expanding economy.

I mean the Turks provide security security to Qatar for a protection fee.

Why should you not do the same for us?
