I don't think Bollywood has FULLY captured the world yet, however it's Bollywood actors such as Shahrukhan and Aishwarya who have gone over to Hollywood. I know a lot of Kenyans who watch Bollywood movies and even know the complete lyrics because of the Indian diaspora there.

Just to let you know that the only people who saw Bollywood apart from Indian are some native African counrties like Somalia( I got to know because my can driver is Somalian who sees Hindi movies exactly like Indian) and Pakistan...Aprt from these foreign countries, no one really give a damn to Bollywood movies..So we should come out of the illusion that Bollywood is just something a big thing around the world...Becuase, we Indian are everywhere in the world, courtsy our huge population, so there is a definite market of the NRI diaspora for Bollywood and on top of that the dedicated watchers are all the Pakistan people who exactly watch Bollywood movies in the same way we Indian watch....
