You are answering your own question with you dont think Pakistan supports these actions, yes we dont because A) We dont see Iran as a threat but rather a friendly country and wish to increase our relations despite the threats from West and B) Pakistan gains absolutely nothing from a destabilised Iran. In fact to the contrary Pakistan is to lose if Iran ever becomes destabilised, as our experience tells us with Afghanistan.No. And we dont need more enemies. But let me ask you this then. If you were Iran, and you had a neighbour who supports terrorist attacks, abductions and killings of your security forces. What would you do?
I dont think Pak directly supports these actions, but why do Pak never do anything about it? Someone in Pak government is getting arab money to turn a blind eye to these actions. Why does pak provide a safe haven for these terrorists?
As for not taking action, we can say the same about Iran as well:

Point is its not Pakistan alone responsibility, its Iran's too and we have suffered too but never gone as far as to threat another country that we consider friendly. Iran would be wise to tone down the rhetoric of its generals because frankly no one is scared.
