ربطش تو پولش هست .... عزیز دل ، برای ساخت ایرلاینر ، ما نیاز داریم که یک موتور بسازی ، برای ساخت موتور هم به علم مواد نیاز داریم ... وقتی تونستیم موتور رو بسازیم ، اونوقت از تجربه هاش استفاده می کنیم و آدم می فرستیم هوا .... شرایط رو هم کمی در نظر بگیر .... فرستادن به ماه برای ما فعلا چندان نیاز نیست ولی درست کردن یک هواپیمای مسافربری مطمئن نیازمون هست....

در ضمن ، دقت نمی کنی ، گفتم که هدف اولمون فرستادن ماهواره های سنگین به مدار جئو هست ... اگه دقت داشته باشی تمام کشورهایی که ماهواره ی سنگین در مدار جئو می فرستند ، عملا توانایی فرستادن انسان به فضا رو هم دارند .... زمانی که 100 رو داریم ، 90 هم پیشمون هست .... ولی این نود پول می خواد ...

The matter is some are questioning the need for it , as the programme is costly and the money can be used for something else like using for people (though lot of money end up in coffers of officers and ministers).

But former president Abdul Kalam said it clearly once "these programmes will help eradicating poverty in future, if through these programmes, we can extract mineral resources from moon"
It will help humanity as a whole.

We have to live with it. We need somebody with a man like Kalam ji at the herm again to make things work faster.

II uses Indian cryogenic Engine while III will be a powerfull rocket with new boosters to carry more than 4000kg weight.
A derivative of III will be used for manned space flight.

Ther is a pic of an Indian manned capsule which is under testing in a plasma tunnel, I will upload it later. Testing is going on and soon we could see it out. Our program depends on this rocket. It should be in spcae by 2013. If it goes all well India could be sending guys in space by 2016.

The Americans thought that by keeping us away from the International Space Station they could slow down our space development.

Now America has retired their entire space shuttle program, and they need Russian rockets to send their astronauts into space.

Yup. We could hear anytime for the news of launch of this beast. It is on space pad and ready to unleash its gases. China is well ahead in the game. China will not invite Iran for any collaboration in human space program. What Iran needs is a launch platform. India is the way to go here. We can collaborate and fund a space program for both of us.
