well bro,There was a video showing images of the UAV when it was early phase of it's journey in our airspace. Also, it was clearly launched from Azerbaijan, they hinted at it but did not want to escalate the escalate the situation it seems. They stated exactly how long the UAV was in Iranian air space, they were tracking it. If the UAV was in fully autonomous mode, I doubt they have been able to hack it like they did others.

But anyway, the northern part of the country probably did not have much coverage in the past, they probably sorted that out by now.

i don't think it makes sense to let a hostile drone go far into the country and let it collect more intelligence if you can just detect and destroy it straight away

but hopefully now they fixed the situation if it was because of a gap in coverage or something

Well they never, not even once stated anything which turned out to be fake. That picture you posted actually had nothing to do with Iran media, it was posted originally by a French media outlet. Here is an actual video of that missile test, go to 0.59:

Iran has so many radars, some of which are using unique long range frequencies that the enemy has little enemy of trying to jam them all. Iran's integrated air defence systems is extremely potent.

Iran's AD is generally good, BUT, you do know head of IRIADF was fired recently by the SL for not disclosing some ISreaeli/western F-35 flights over Iran that were not initially/properly detected?
Reports came out last few years also saying Iran almost fired on its own airliners due to poor IFF systems in the IRIADF systems.BUt it makes sense though- realistically, stealth planes can be detected and countered properly only by S-400 level of systems or better.I dont trust S-200 against stealth planes.

Come one man, you seriously believe that nonsense? Nobody in their right mind believed that outlandish claim. Furthermore, he not fied at all, I am not sure where you're getting these information. He was moved to a much higher position in the Iranian military. He is a very capable commander, it seems they're setting him up to become the head of the army someday.

I think you are another innocent person falling for Israeli fake claims... Not even Israelis or Americans themselves took these claims seriously!! I personally was watching a political news outlet where an Arab general pointed out at this Israeli claim and other Arab analysts invited laughed at him... Asking him if he is a general at all!!

Every day there are lots of so called super-stealth fighter or spy planes (like F-22, U-2, ec) gets detected, warned and pushed back the borders... There was a video about it... Going to one of Iranian underground Command and Control units in Bandar Abbas.. The systems there were showing a list of tens of modern and stealth foreign birds being treated in last couple of hours only...

Stealth systems are a solved problem already.. The problem was there even 2 to 3 years ago...but not today.. Of course it is always more complicated and difficult to deal with stealthy targets but it is not a serious problem today... It could well work against most countries but not against Russia, Iran, China, etc... Even 6 years ago we had certain capabilities with regard to stealth targets. Btw, Iranian air defense network which is an Integrated Defense Network now, is a force that is changing tangibly every year if not every quarter.. so Iranian air defense capabilities is not the same it was 6 months ago so we should be careful basing our judgement upon sources of info older than 2 years old..

OF ALL PEOPLE, I am not a person to fall for any fake claim related to Iran, talk less about an "Israeli claim". Even if i agree Iran detected F-22s and other stealth planes, it doesnt mean there were some stealth plane flights in or over Iran that Iran didnt detect or detect on time.

I don't believe this F-35 claim. Iran was able to detect and bring down an RQ-170. If they can bring such a low RCS craft down. They can detect an F-35.
