Thank you. All what is left is a cyst on top of the left kidney. But the doctors say that they can remove it without hurting the kidney. I will do the surgery in two month and then i will be like new

Iran awards $520mln worth of flare gas contracts to domestic firms​

Iran’s Oil Ministry awards $520mln worth of contracts to local firms to recover flare gas from oilfields.
The Iranian Oil Ministry has awarded over half a billion US dollar worth of flare gas projects to domestic companies as part of efforts to reach a zero flares target by 2025.
A Thursday report by the official IRNA news agency said that the contracts will be worth 470 million euros ($520 million) and will reduce the gas flared from the Iranian oilfields by 600 million cubic feet (nearly 17 million cubic meters) by 2024.
The eight contracts are part of an investment package of $1.22 billion introduced by the Iranian government in 2018 to recover flare gas from oilfields in southwestern Iran.

This is Bid-Boland . A special 100% indigenous design and built Iranian Gas refinery..It is unique in its position because it collects and refines all the unused "Flare gases" that are produced in the oil fields and oil refineries and burned as waste in a form of flare.

Iran is spending $250 billion dollars to bring water to the dry regions..meanwhile the solution is in Water management.. this is why ..you should read the article it is an eye opener and I hope the new government will start the ball rolling on this.

• 89% of water in Iran goes to agriculture 10% goes for drinking and industry
• 67% of Iran's Agricultural water is wasted
• 62% of all of Iran's water is wasted.
• Iran's water wastage is 5 times more than Germany and Germany has 3 times more rain water than Iran..

After building two 'AFRAMAX" class oil tankers for venezuela Iranian shipyard is now awarded for several more by the the Iranian oil company (personal note..giving middle finger to South Korean shipyards that historically would get Iranian tanker orders..)

Iran designed and built Second "AFRAMAX" class tanker (750,000 oil barrels) leaving dry dock today. Built for a foreign customer (I think Venezuela) at the final stages of construction and leaving the dry dock....

A bitter memory with happy ending..

Iran's first 20 story commercial high rise building was built 60 years ago (1961). the building was named "plasco" and I did visit it several times in my younger days. This building situated in the heart of older Tehran district was destroyed in a fire 5 years ago killing 16 heroic firefighters that tried to save it.. Today the new "PLASCO" was inaugurated at the exact same spot.

Beautiful but there is something I don't like about the new building and that is he fact that fire fighters will have problem accessing the building from outside

TEHRAN – The Central Bank of Iran (CBI), in its latest report, has put the growth of the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the first nine months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21-December 21, 2021) at 4.1 percent.

Note : According to IMF Iran's nominal GDP of $1.08 Trillion dollars is the highest GDP in west Asia region for a population of 84 million in 2021.
