In the city of Dnipro, Ukraine claims to have shot down 23 Shahed drones, 10 KH-101 cruise missiles & 2 Orlan-10 reconnaissance drones

However missiles or drones appear to have struck a hospital in Dnipro city. This is the end result.

It's likely that a large number of Ukrainian soldiers, or high ranking officers were being treated in that hospital. Either that or this could have been caused by debris from a Russian missile or Ukrainian air defense missile that hit the wrong target ? Who knows...

Somewhat worrying news.

Most Shaheds shot down, not reliable in target destruction (apparently), good for wasting enemy AD missile stock, current Iranian production not sufficient for Russian needs: Russia is looking for other drone suppliers, namely China but they’re reluctant to supply thus far. China also has their own Shahed equivalent.

Source is UK based, grain of salt needed naturally.

Considering how whole west is going crazy,and Russia buy as much as Iran can offer,I would say S-136 are game changer,excellent records,no one would buy weapons with bad record. S-136 is capable for pinpoint targeting but for some reason Russians are flying Shaheds at higher altitude directly over Ukraine AD covered teritory. My guess,it is because they want keep them out of range of AAA,SPAAGs..etc to force expensive AD system to engage and at this way expose AD locations thus to dryout expensive missiles. Huti used kamikaze drones completly differently and they were very succesful,Huti would program flight path at low altitude over inhabited teritories and as we saw they targeted even tagets small as 1m2 succesfuly. Russians use them to target instalations and they were succesfull, also they use S136 to bait air defense,you may noticed in many cases S136 fly alone,that is bait,ofcourse if you use something as bait,you will loose some,but Ukraine data about downed target is JOKE,they use same numbers if it is Shahed 136,Hypersonic missile or anything else,they always shut down all except 2...18 of 20...50 of 52...I mean,they are making idiots of themselves. If they reach anywhere between 60-70% of success rate,it can consider AD to be successful.

Agreed, Ukrainian reports on their interception rates for everything especially S136 drones is just not believable at all.

Not only based on belief for me, but we know that Ukrainians loves to take videos and pictures of what they shot down or killed and post it on Tiktok or Telegram

imagining 90% interception on 10 Shahed launched, they would forcibly record one of them and its remains and chant slava ukraini near the debris like they do with random cadavers and when they beat up to death civilians near donbas forcing them to chant slava ukraini

So far what i saw on Tiktok and Telegram were people with machine guns mounted on technicals shooting in the air and random sounds of SPAAG with shahed background noise, followed by an explosion on the ground

The term British Defense Ministry is an oxymoron. England is a joke as it cannot be taken seriously on any thing they utter because England has neither experts nor could do anything worthy of $hit since its a failed state 100% reliant on uncle sam for its defense needs. Whenever the west puts so much effort to defame, denegrade, or minimize any given weapon or system used by anti-western nations, then you know that such system is very potent and highly effective. If Shahed-136 was such a mediocre weapon then it will be ignored as it would be unworthy of so much attention.
