that's why you can't understand Syrians, others understand!

Syrians pretty much lost all of their honor when they became a secular state, I'm not talking about recent years or decades. the main property of a secular state is that it bends when the amount of pressure exceeds a specific amount. it's not just Syria, look at all of our neighbors, look at the Arabs-Israel war, look at the European countries in WWII. don't compare them to us.
-----------
our drones do have that protection system, that' why just a broken wing was shown.
-----------
silence of our commanders and the very low altitude of that drone (which compromised both it's stealthiness and mission) has seriously puzzled the Israelis:
Two Days On, Israel Still Puzzled Why Iran Sent Drone Into Its Airspace
I believe you see only wings not because of self destruct system but because they hit it with a python.

and those pictures still are not much , we didn't respond when the killed our diplomat in Afghanistan or they kidnapped them in Lebanon (still their fate is unknown) we failed to respond when they attacked our base several month ago , and we didn't respond when they killed our scientists.
and this time let see what would be our response against their attack toward our base

Holly sh*t you are daft... "Syrians lost all of their honor when they became a secular state"? Really? And the honor that IRI has bestowed upon Iranian people has been what exactly?

Our response is to cut the bullshit and have sepah aerospace forces send in Ra'ad AD systems to protect our men and our assets. You'd think with all the big talk from sepah they'd do something about this. Can't a simple C-130, or IL-76 carry these, or via land convoy through Iraq?

Bro mohsen, you are too radical. Just because Syria is not run with Islamic Jurisprudence does not mean they've lost their honor. Especially considering they are bravely on the front line fighting Takfirism. If that isn't honor, then I don't know what is. Why do you have to put religion in everything. The SAA are honorable.

retaliate "in the time and place that we choose", it's critical, if you want to be a winner player in the region!

1.Nobody took the responsibility for killing our diplomats in Afghanistan.

2.Gen. Salami said we took our revenge for assassinating of our scientists, but Zionists didn't publicize it (that's how they are), and that's why Zionists stopped, I believe him.

3.we don't have any base in Syria, we are not like Zionists to hide our martyrs, most probably even this drone was in control of Syrians.

4.we have taken our revenge with no mercy, why do you think Americans evacuated Iraq, but not Afghanistan?! (it has never been about Shiah or Sunni)

Bro, Syrians were humiliated, their cities destroyed, their kids were burnt alive, their women became sex slaves, and here you talk about honor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't mistake bravery with honor.

If it wasn't the honor of Shiah fighters from a thousand kilometer away, now what was left of Syria was bunch of reports of genocide in Syria, and news of Syrian women in the black market of U.S!

It's the Zionists' propaganda that tile of war changed because of Russian air support, as I have said it already, if Russians airforce could do anything, they would have done it in Afghanistan when they were way more resourceful.

Come on everybody knew who killed our diplomats in mazarsharif or who kidnapped them in Lebanon and I assure you we control our drones from Syrian soil not Iran .

@VEVAK

You think the flying wing, carbon fibre Saeghe with flare dispenser etc. is less expensive than for example the old Saeghe 2 target drone?

Saeghe%202%20-%20Aerial%20Target%20System%201.jpg

Expensive always needs a relation...

Saegheh Airframe IS NOT made of Carbon fiber! Why would they make it out of carbon fiber? There is NO NEED even the Jet engine versions don't need to be made out of Carbon Fiber you'd be overdoing it for no reason!

At an absolute max fiberglass would be more than sufficient for the Airframe of both the propeller and jet engine version of the Saegheh and I'm sure they have smaller carbon printed parts on the Saegheh UAV's but by the most part there is absolutely no need for anything stronger or lighter than a Fiberglass Airframe on the Saegheh UAV's

And for it's size, the air frame of the Saegheh would have to be more expensive than the Shahed-129 or Mohajr-6 or Hamaseh or another UAV that's larger than the Saegheh for the Saegheh Airframe to be considered relatively expensive NOT a UAV that's Smaller like the Qods avasion Saegheh

Over the years Iran has already tested the penetration of Israeli air defense with older UAV's like the Qods aviation Saegheh and now they are testing them with flying wing design UAV's

And clearly Iran penetrated Israeli Airspace using a rout where there was no Air Defense system capable of downing it and an Aircraft had to be dispatched to intercept it and intercepting a single UAV is one thing but if Iran was to dispatch large number of low flying armed UCAV and cruise missiles intercepting them wouldn't be so simple
And if Iran was to develop something similar to the SDB and launch them from it's UAV's from +50km away then 10 Simorgh Jet powered UCAV's each armed with 4 SDB will be far more valuable than 10 Iranian MRBM and I'm not saying we should stop building missiles I'm just saying we need both

Well, if you recall, there were rumors that Syrian S-300 codes had been somehow released to Israelis and because of that, the system had a hard time targeting the Israeli fighters. There were rumors that Iranian specialists were working on their S-300 to remove the bug and change the codes. It seems like they succeeded and maybe this was their real world test to confirm the changes they made were effective. This way they killed two birds with one stone. First, they have helped Syria to use its S-300 and at the same time they assured that their own S-300 in Iran will work in a similar scenario.

Regarding sending the RAAD system, I would personally love to see it in action but please remember that even now, Iran is being blamed for sending advisors to Syria. Sending heavy weaponry to Syria which is meant to be used against parties other than the terrorists (terrorists don't have jet fighters) would only turn public opinion in against Iran.

Syria don't have S-300

They do:

They actually had it long before Iran did.

Nope. In reality the contract on S-300 was halted during this war. Syria recieved only some radars, prepayment was spent on other russian weapons.
The remnant S-300 launchers, that were made for Syria wanted to scrap, but they were lately used for the quick fulfillment of the contract with Iran, after additional upgrade and modification under Iranian demands.

I thought it was sold to Egypt, a variant of S-300-V.

Syria needs S-300 more than anyone else, maybe we have to deploy some operational Talash systems in Syria near Golan heights. :-)

Russia is weakening her own allies.

Imagine if we had an air power in scale of Russian air power, Israel or USA and their lap dogs never could destroy Syria and threaten Russia's anti access area denial capability in middle east. But i don't care, we have to work hard, and most importantly remove corruption from our own economical system.
