Before the Revolution 90 or so where bought and delivered to Iran out an order of 300 so production line was setup in Iran. The engine is also licenced being produced in Iran the same is the case with The F-5 tiger 2.

You mean the shahed-216 gunship we saw a while ago or something else?

It should have anti-manpad protection and well protected against heavy caliber weapons,because maybe next time Americans will arm those terrorists with manpads so we must be careful!

All I can say for now,well done for those pilots for doing the job very nicely,it seems they knew exactly where the terrorists were hiding by starting to open hell on them as soon as they reached their destination and didn't get the n any hovering stage to look for them like Americans always do in Afghanistan and that shows very good training we need a lot these days!
