Mohsen, I’ve told you before I don’t take lightly the use of the word traitor. It’s a serious allegation!
You can call him naive and incompetent because of his failed policy. You can only use traitor if you have prove that his actions are purposely planned in such a way to harm Iran. Probably expecting way too much out of underpowered and weak 2nd stage, just like they expected too much out of a tiny SLV like Safir which when taking off it was so slow.

Just like last the 1st stage had 100% success rate!

One or two mistakes I would call incompetency, but it's 6 years none stop chain of mistakes, to me it's a deliberate treason.

You can kill one guy and claim it was an accident (hit and run), kill second guy and still claim accident, but when this continues to repeat, it's not an accident anymore, it's the result of deliberate choices, it's a serial killing.

Again premature shut down or too low thrust of the second stage, like the last time.
Did one of the two turbopumps fail? Or one of the four motors did a safety shut down? A software error that shut off the second stage?

No Saman thrid stage was present, they wanted to keep it simple.

Maybe the R-27 venier motor is simply not suited for that long vacuum operation, as it should be significantly longer than on the Safir. Did the extension nozzle skirt fail due to overheating? Because that can't be well simulated on earth.
