Although I agree Iran will do much better without the sanctions, but having economic growth of 1.5%-4% under this circumstances is quite impressive.

Agreed! But The point is: does Iran want to give up its progress on nuclear technology and missiles for the sake of economical growth? This seems to be what the west is pressing Iran for while Iran thinks it can achieve both given time.

If the above is true, it means the economy is adjusting itself to the new status quo and sanctions. We should wait and see. Probably the same will appear in Russian economy. Putin predicted their economy will bounce back within 2 years.
