IRGC has a $40 Billion USD revenue and I'm willing to bet their net is at least as high as 20% of the revenue since they don't need to pay for taxes or rent...

Again, you don't know what your talking about! You don't allocate your military funds based on the amount, you need to allocate based on % of your Budget!

Ahmadinejad was Iran's President 2005-2013 so clearly it was Ahmadinejad who failed us and didn't allow our military industry to rightly take advantage of $100 pb Oil prices!

And your negating the fact that the IRGC has over a $40-$60 Billion USD revenue. Unlike the IRGC, Iran's Artesh is not allowed to get involved in Iran's economy.

Today, Iran's IRGC is better funded and is equipped with newer and more advanced weapons. WHY?

IRGC is in control of all of Iran's Ballistic Missiles
IRGC is in control of Tanks that are far more advanced and better equipped than the Artesh
IRGC UAV's are far more advanced and they possess a much larger stockpile than Iran's Artesh

So reduction of the IRGC's government budget to me is welcomed as long as that money is going to the Artesh not because I don't like the IRGC but because I believe it's about time for the IRGC to allocate more of it's net profit towards the purchase, development and production of newer weapons & at the same time I believe Iran's Artesh is extremely under funded.

Iran's Artesh can barely feed it's personal and maintain it's current weapons.

Iran's Air Forces hasn't purchased more than a handful of fighters in the past 40!!!

In the next 10-20 years Iran will be a country without any fighter jets and whomever is under the delusion that this is a good Idea is clearly delusional!
