No it was not a hostile action because Pakistan and Iran cooperates on the border issue. It isn't a secret that Pakistan-Iran border are a paradise for smugglers and terrorists. A hostile action would be if We targeted your soldiers, police or civilians. Which we didn't and have never done.

The irony, i was watching this news yesterday but there was no other source to confirm this BS claim. ISNA has reported that two Iranian soldiers were martyred during clashes with terrorists. ::

Your link is old, you forget to mention that this was when Jaish-el-Adl terrorist organization first kidnapped four Iranian soldiers few months prior to the incident and killed one of them, and even the day before the same group attacked and killed five Iranian guards from the Pakistani border. Iran has been asking Pakistan repeatedly that Pakistan should take steps in order to secure its border.
