I think the propaganda machine forgets they have already unveiled the same thing over and over under different names now coming on almost a decade. They probably had made a decision to built it volume some time ago and that is why they are showing the machine shop producing the various parts.

During Vahidi’s time, they unveiled smart artillary munitions. They would not build it if they do not have the systems.
