i read it will be a 4G fighter jet so i think it will be qaher, kowsar is a jet trainer only

If it was Qaher they would mention it by name.

It could be Kowsar trainer just renamed as the final production version.

The last possible option is “Sofreh Mahi” project which dates back to 2010. By 2012 it had reached 1/7th scale and was going to be tested at close to scale mock-up.

Actually, there was a manned and unmanned version. And one is clearly a fighter jet while the other is a drone incorporating similar characteristics as the fighter jet.

However, I think the drone project was probably sheleved once Iran captured the RQ-170 and mastered more efficient fix wing UAV design.

Lastly, it could also be the Shafagh project using J-79 or possibly J-85 for engine. Shafagh was a 4th gen project.
