Source is Elijah Magnier. Originally during Syrian civil war he was a good source then he just began making repeated outlandish claims. A pro-resistance source whose credibility is now in question due to his repeated optimistic claims. I take everything he says with a pinch of salt these days.

Here is his claim (straight from article):

According to Magier, Iran and Russia allegedly agreed to supply one thousand Iranian Shahed 129 drones, and possibly Shahed 191.

That is a bit absurd of a number.

Can Iran please export one drone to Russia, for the sake of 35 wasted pages!

bombing enemy position is not in the competition for obvious reasons honestly wished china was also present , wonder why they didn't participate.
well the competition to be a competition had to had some restriction . the drones only participate in designating the targets for artillery , and the tactics and how efficient they use the drones. also detecting enemy position in day and night. also they give small point to the quality of drones

Why would China participate? I don’t see major upside for them and more downside. Not a major war game competition and their drone customers are Arab countries mostly. They wouldn’t take too kindly of China cozy up to Iranian armed forces.

Sometimes you might not need to be so stealthily, really just depends on the operation you intend to do.

I'd rather had more ordinance carried on this UAV for a sortie if I was bombing a militant group, then prioritize stealth for example.
