so whatever Chinese build, we wont be allowed to reverse engineer, another secret side deal of the JCPOA.
this JCPOA is a calamity for us ... IMO it is in same level as Mongol invasion ...

design our own? yeah, sure, and as the first step we will study the result of filling a reactor core with cement! No body is forcing you. If you don't like that, design your own SMR and DEMAND all the cooperation from the IAEA as they are bound by NPT treaty and IAEA charter to provide. In fact one good aspect of JCPOA is the fact that Iran can put pressure on IAEA to cooperate with Iran on reactor design the same way Iran is cooperating with IAEA. Iran should take advantage of this opportunity instead of throwing tantrums like you are doing here.
SMR is a new technology and Iran can become a front runner in this regard. Expecting others to "allow" you to copy their hard work for FREE is just ridiculous and clownish. Man up and design your own: Small Nuclear Power Reactors.
Light Iran up on this map with the best and safest modular SMR in the world.

If only mohsen could understand the value of being able to make money of your abilities.Well that was an old Chinese design which produced plutonium. Why not design something more useful in commercial sense and make money. After all the stated and official objective of Iran's nuclear program is peaceful. Why cry over a few kilogram of plutonium while now Iran has the opportunity to commercialize its technological know how?
If only mohsen could understand the value of being able to make money of your abilities.
1.Iran joined the NPT in 1968 before the revolution.I think @mohsen does understand it. For example using the ability of dor zadan tahrim
But seriously where were these delvapasan when Iran signed the NPT forever in 1995, while Israel refused to even join in? Or because there was no money to be made back then by being a delvapas, so no need was felt to be a delvapas in those years?
1.Iran joined the NPT in 1968 before the revolution.
2.additional protocol belongs to 1995 and to this very day Iran hasn't accepted it. (traitors are still busy)
3.unlike the rest, delvapasan's red line is what supreme leader says. when he says we don't need bomb, then there is no problem to accept the NPT.
4.tell us where is those money, unlike Rohani's team, delvapasan have simple and ordinary living. also Americans haven't fooled them with the delusion of Molk-e-Rei.
5. biggest kaseb-e-tahrim is Mr Rohani and his team.
1.for nations who don't want to develop the nuclear weapon, signing NPT doesn't have any problem, yet confirms their true intentions.period.Please do your research properly in order to formulate the response. Here are the facts:
1- Iran joined NPT in 1968. NPT came to force in 1970 and Iran ratified the treaty in 1970. The treaty was supposed to be a trade off for nations who have nuclear technology to help those who do not have nuclear technology getting nuclear technology in return for them giving up their right to a nuclear weapon program. The treaty also obligated the nations with nuclear weapons to take practical steps towards de-weaponization.
2- The NPT treaty Iran ratified in 1970 had a duration of 25 years and was to automatically expire in 1995. But in that year, US lobbied heavily and invited all the nations to take part in a giant nuclear conference with free food and free hotels and free booze and told them, it is in their "interest" to extend the NPT treaty, INDEFINITELY. That is NPT should not have any time limit and should age as planet earth and solar system does.
Some countries like Egypt demanded that they will only sign such a treaty if Israel did the same. But US put pressure and said, if you all sign, Israel will also sign later on when everybody else has signed the indefinite version of NPT. US also said, whoever signs, US will help that country to get nuclear technology for peaceful purposes. At this point every body started signing the new indefinite NPT. Iran also obliged happily without any protest whatsoever by delvapasan. Israel of course never signed the treaty afterwards. The nuclear weapon states also never de-weaponized. Shah had ratified only a 25 year NPT treaty without AP. In the past 20 years, we have ratified the INDEFINITE NPT and have already signed AP as well, though the AP still has not yet been ratified by Majles. But it will be eventually in the future, even probably a tougher version one which IAEA is about to roll out in near future.
The million dollar question: where were the delvapasan in 1995?
3- AP was actually put up by IAEA for membership in 1997. Its purpose was to strengthen the monitoring of countries in order to prevent them from proliferating. Iran has already signed the AP. Only its ratification by Majles remains. But even this is not important since Iran was already implementing AP under Khatami and now with JCPOA, Iran has again agreed to implement AP. At any rate AP is not even that important. India is a nuclear weapon state and is not a member of NPT but has already ratified and is implementing AP: Status of the Additional Protocol | International Atomic Energy Agency
4- If SL word is the red line, then there should be no delvapas, since he allowed the negotiations and all things signed were by his wish. Not to mention that the negotiations had been started under the Ahmadinejad administration.
5- I did not accuse anyone. Please don't take it to heart. It is not about money. Corruption happens in every country of the world. What is important, is the progress of the country and uplifting the people's standard of living. And that is why there is a voting system. People chose Rouhani. The Majles elections are also near and we will see who the people will choose. As you might know, Ayatollah Khomeini had said: "mizan raiye mardom ast". Let the people decide on that.
6- At least whatever Rouhani and Zarif have signed has a time limit on it. And it is not like the indefinite NPT which was signed and ratified in 1995 by Rafsanjai with no delvapas on the streets.
Freak.this JCPOA is a calamity for us ... IMO it is in same level as Mongol invasion ...
1.for nations who don't want to develop the nuclear weapon, signing NPT doesn't have any problem, yet confirms their true intentions.period.
2.AP was discussed in 1995 and accepted in 1997, you say what Zarif has signed has a time limit, but buddy, does AP (the ultimate security hazard) which your beloved Zarif wants to sign has a time limit?
3. Rohani was elected based on a series of lies, but he can't hide his lies forever, no matter how many times he repeated that we have passed the economic recession, yet his own ministers revealed his lie that not only we haven't exited it, but it may turn to an economic crisis.
he and you can forever repeat that all sanctions are going to be removed, yet none of you can prove your words through the JCPOA, so it wont become reality, cause your beloved USA doesn't even let the JCPOA to fully become operational let alone anything beyond it.
4.and about SL, he has several times repeated that his ideas are those which he publicly expresses , yet people who have no social weight resort to this nasty trick of fabricating his approval. he approved the negotiations, yet within the red lines. why he doesn't reject the deal? for the same reason he didn't do it when Mr Rohani violated the red lines during the khatami era (Rohani has admitted in his book). if Mizan is the people's vote, then these people should learn about the consequences of their votes, they should learn about different ideologies. otherwise SL can any minute reject the deal yet in that case Mizan wouldn't be the people vote, but his vote.
about AP.1- That is fine. Don't build nuclear weapons. But why sign NPT which then opened the flood gates for demanding Iran to sign AP and have inspections and then even sanctions? Don't you have khod-bavari? There was no need to sign an indefinite NPT even if you did not want to build nukes. The fact that delvapasan were not at the scene in 1995 shows their worries are not genuine. Period.
2- I told you to go and do your research properly. AP was not "discussed" in 1995. You are trying to make a strawman here. AP was internally proposed in IAEA with no involvement of Iran at the time. When IAEA formulated it, the AP was put up for membership in 1997. And no one is my beloved among the politicians. I believe they are all saro tah yek karbasan. Though clearly some of them are your beloved. And again why are so unsure of yourself? because of ack of khod-bavari? If JCPOA, AP and NPT are so bad, then leave them. No body is forcing you to be part of them. But when you do, then also be prepared to have an economy which is not dependent on estemaar. Make sure your economy will not go into stagflation and people suffering because of it.
3- Series of lies or series of truths. That is your perspective. Mizan rayei mardom hast. End of the story.
4- Delvapasan need not to worry. As SL had said, he will enforce the red lines. He does not need delvapasan to determine these red lines and enforce them for him. That is his job.
Supreme leader tells you to STFU!about AP.
Daneshmand! AP was accepted by the board of governors of IAEA in 1997, and if I have made any mistake, that's not mentioning the start of discussions in 1993, the AP was formerly called 93+2 Protocol.
