Iran was sanctioned based on some false accusations of PMD and Iranophobia, UNSC asked Iran to give more access to IAEA, beyond the NPT, sanctioned us for not doing what we haven't signed.

PMD is also a part of NPT. If Iran in 1995 had said, without Israel's participation it would not sign up to a NPT which has a time frame tied to the age of solar system, there would be no PMD. Since Iran would not be bound by NPT to address the PMD (Possible Military Dimension) of its nuclear program. If delvapasan had not signed the indefinite version of NPT, then IAEA could not ask for ever more increasing access and the UNSC would not have de jure justification to impose sanctions on Iran.

Beyond NPT, Iran was never under any sanctions by UNSC. The only international sanctions Iran was under were those authorized by UNSC due to allegedly Iran not living up to its commitments under NPT which delvapasan had proudly signed in 1995. if NPT would allow the inspections in military sites then what was the need for Aditional protocol?!
