No you havent. but you arehere saying Pakistan is open and ready for cooperation based on mutual respect. This can also mean that if Pakistani Government does not want to operate for some reason (could be many) but they can let Iranian forces operate. Like I said such cooperation has happened before. Magnitude of each sides contribution might change because of changing dynamics.

Thanks to Iran's offer. My opinion is, Pakistan’s armed forces are capable and far better trained in real environment to handle the war against terrorists.

Keyword here is terrorists. Pakistan doesnt see Jaish ul adl as "terrorists".thats real
