Is it just me or there is a general consensus that within Iranian establishment there are elements hell bend on screwing Pakistan and Iran relationship. Who is right frame of mind will try to cross into Pakistani border consider huge imbalance in the power projection between the two nations? Who in right frame of mind from Pakistani side will allow the Persians to set a foot on this land of pure to begin with?

Sane elements within Iranian establishment must understand and ensure that these rouge elements within are either side-lined or neutralised. While they cant do a jackshite against Pakistan, these silly statements will only cause more issues for Iran.

Baluchistan Border is patrolled by FC. It is FC's job to man the Int-Border on west and Rangers Job on the east. Army is deployed on LOC, not IB (east or west). FC strength in Baluchistan is 40,000+ and is divided into 19 Wings.
FC is supported by Levies (strength 13,000) and Baluchistan Constabulary (strength 8,000, uses APC's).

Army is deployed at a distance from south-western border since Iran is not considered a primary threat and FC is expected to deter/absorb/repel any attack from Iran while the Army moves in. The military buildup or terrorist incursion on the borders is reported through intel so the Military is not caught off guard.

The wikipedia page or any source will mention the location of HQ, not its organic units. So while the Brigade HQ maybe in Turbat, the battalions under command could be located elsewhere, then the companies under the command of the battalion maybe deployed further away at different locations, so depending upon geography, an infantry company (150 troops) maybe located at a distance of 50-100 km from its Brigade HQ.

Consider as an example of reality, 33 Div and 41 Div HQ's are deployed in Quetta, at least one Brigade of either 33 Div or 41 Div is deployed in Chaman whereas Chaman is 3 hours drive and 130 km away from Quetta.

After Mr Yadav, definitely no.

Intel is active (ISI, MI, CMI) whether Iran is a threat or not, so is FC and other Security forces, not Army.

Cannot push Army to do the job everywhere. Ministry of Interior has following assets available in Baluchistan for security reasons:
FC: 40,000+
Regular Baluchistan Police: 26,965
Baluchistan Constabulary: 8,362
Baluchistan Levies: 13,000

Military:
Army: 30-40,000
Not including SSD, PAF and PN.

Well I think Iran should be replied back from the same office in Pakistan that made these statements.
They were very mum, while we found kulbhushan yadev from their land carrying their passport .
In tehran times, they are writing such biased articles about Saudi Arabia and pakistan friendship.

If you can find any neutral Government in pakistan its now.

I have no access to terrorist organizations watch list by an International body, so may be what you say is right.
Further, if this list exists somewhere, the listing in such list is according to US 'wish list' which could be expanded or reduced.
