No, I guess not.

The problem with USA as one of their diplomat once said is that they can't make up their mind about their policy about Iran.

Until their congress decide about whether they will accept the deal or not, other countries like Russia, India, China and even Germany and France will have the biggest pieces of the pie to themselves.
Correct. But if Iran becomes stronger in military power they see it as a threat for Israel and certainly they don't like it.

Their attitude for some reason is changing. Either they have noticed that they can no longer hold Iran back or something else is cooking that we don't know about. They are also rational people. "If you can't defeat them, join them" works both ways. What do you understand from this?

Iranian member of parliament Fatemeh Alia said on the parliament floor Aug. 25, “On our soil, UK’s foreign secretary spoke with BBC radio and said we will judge Iran’s approach with respect to Israel based on their actions and Iran is no longer a threat to Israel. Presumably, as those who justify [his comments], our foreign minister will once again say the comments are for domestic consumption.”

Iran moving towards the Su30 is excellent if they buy and produce in Iran also try the mig 35
the ssj100 is cheaper to buy and easy to produce and cheaper to maintenance

Well important thing is that sanctions are now being lifted, we have established dialogue/relations back with Iran and Iran is now opening up. So i dont think there is anything serious to take from this. :) always look at the bigger picture.:)
 
I'm not positive about this .... in near past , Russia even stops selling Mig 29 A parts ....
