Here is the problem ... India is one of the biggest market of Afghan dry fruits and Afghan dry fruits are famous for their quality. But, I doubt that export from Chahbar is possible. Because the majority of dry fruits have short life in sealed containers. Few years ago, Afghan trucks were allowed to export products routing Pakistan to India. But Pak govt didn't allow those trucks to bring any product from India to Afghanistan, due to security reasons.
The project was failed, because truckers were losing money when they back empty. IF the Afghan govt willing to adopt this trade proposal, then we can't do anything.
