Iran, major powers reach historic nuclear deal

That is semantics.

And neither it is only financial cost. Iran is the only stable country in a region that is being over-run by Wahabi fanatics. Times have changed. US has even dropped Israel for this deal. That was a taboo in American politics since 1960s.

US is preparing for a strategic shift in the region. Read 1972 US-China deal. Iran-US deal is pretty much that.
Then you didn't see Netanyahu's speech before the Congress. Or the result of midterms.
Whatever you may think of your military or country, fact is that no one - no ally, no friend; supports a nuclear Iran. That is the reality. Don't go that road and there won't be any sanctions.

Who cares what you, Netunyahoo or anyone else thinks. Iran is sovereign country and will do what is in its best interest.

One of the important parts of the deal as the reports suggest:

At first, U.S refused to lift any of arms embargo until an unknown time in the future (and certainly they don't like it to be lifted ever), but after Iranian negotiators stood firm on their stance, latest reports suggest that an agreement on lifting of arms embargo was reached as below:

For 5 years, the embargo will be partially lifted, so Iran can sell arms to any country it wants and buy certain weapons (perhaps not big weapons like jets, missiles).

After 5 years, the arms embargo will be completely lifted and Iran will be like any other country in the world.

There are already reports that Russia is planning to sell a big number of PAK FA 5th gen fighter jets, specifically built for Iran, after 2020. :D

Very poignant argument. I concede defeat. I thought for a second that you were just another idiotic asswipe playing 'smart' with his circular logic et all. How wrong I was.:suicide:

Is it a good time to visit Iran, the anchor of peace and stability in the region? Definitely, it is

Iranian tourism sees a new dawn

Iran’s tourism is already seeing a resurgence, with foreign hoteliers visiting the country to test the waters for the huge bonanza of an underdeveloped market.

Hotel groups from Germany, Greece, South Korea and Singapore have traveled to Iran in recent weeks for talks, head of the Cultural Heritage Organization Massoud Soltanifar said.

“Foreign investment groups are studying the Iranian tourism market and its growing attractions as well as asking about the investment laws,” he said.

“They believe the Iranian market, given the government’s approach and interaction with the world, is very attractive but the main hindrance is the sanctions.”

More than 12 hotel groups have held discussions with Iranian officials over the past year, with Arab investors having started work in a number of cities because they do not believe in the sanctions, Soltanifar said.

Last year, 11 hotels were built in total across Iran including two in each of the Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKIA) in Tehran, Shiraz and Mashhad and one in each of Urmia, Yazd, Tabriz, Gorgan and Semnan cities, he said.

The UAE-based Rotana has hotel projects in Tehran and in the pilgrimage city of Mashhad. They are expected to be completed from 2015 onwards, including the five-star, 200-key Rayhaan in 2017. Its five-star Espinas Behnood Hotel will open this year in northern Tehran, with 600 rooms.

Europe’s largest hotel group Accor is reportedly building the two four-star hotels at IKIA, including 296-room Axis 1 and 196-room Axis 2.

A number of international operators such as InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hyatt, Hilton and Starwood which operated in Iran before the Islamic Revolution in 1979 have also indicated interest in returning to the country.

Iran plans to annually attract 20 million tourists by 2025 which could generate $30 billion of revenues, Soltanifar has said.

The country is among the world’s top potential tourist destinations with a treasure trove of ancient sites, including 17 places listed by the UNESCO. Tourism, however, is a neglected industry in Iran which has relied on oil exports for decades.

With a population of about 80 million people, the country has an underdeveloped hospitality market. As one of the world’s top 10 countries for archeological and cultural sites, it comes a dismal 132nd and 160th among 180 world countries in terms of tourism industry and revenues.

Head of the Iran Touring and Tourism Investment Company (ITTIC) Mohsen Qarib said in June the country will face a “tsunami” of foreign tourists once a nuclear agreement is concluded and sanctions on the country are lifted.

I like PAK-FA, specially after heard Russia has reduced it's orders to one squadron!

It's a 5th gen fighter in early stages of production, just look at F-35, it is taking like forever to be fully operational.

Even if not PAK FA, then there are other options, like a massive fleet of Su-34s, Su-35s, Mig-35s and Su-30s.

Also, 5 years is not a small amount of time. Many things can happen. Maybe even U.S sells us F-35s.

PAK FA is an excellent plane. In some ways even superior to F-22 and in all aspects superior to F-35. If Iran is to get it, then this should be like the Indian deal. The planes should be manufactured in Iran.

I see you have already grabbed your basket, there is also a rumor in my workplace that from now on our company will pay us with dollar! :-)
I like funny articles and predictions, even though I do believe there is no deal.

Poor Netanyahu, the world has taken away his most beloved toy – the Iranian bomb
My heart goes out toBenjamin Netanyahu. With one cold, cruel stroke of the pen, the rulers of the world have taken away his most beloved toy – the apple of his eye and the joy of his heart, the rock of his existence and the source of his strength, and above all, the rock of his refuge and safe haven. Or in short, theIranian bomb.

It seems as if this very day, or perhaps tomorrow, a spoke will be put in the wheel of the Iranian bomb, and it will be ripped from the headlines and from our consciousness for at least the next dozen years or even more. And for Bibi, what will happen now?

A discerning glance can already see the first signs of panic in him: repression, avoidance, a slight quiver in his hairdo, a stubborn insistence that nothing has happened and nothing has changed. But the terrible truth is taking shape. The bomb has gone. From now on, Netanyahu is like a baby that has lost its security blanket, or like one whose favorite teddy bear was thrown into the garbage – the one that warmed his heart during the long nights and infused him with calm and serenity during times of trouble and election campaigns.

In just another moment, the Prime Minister’s Bureau will be like a garden whose faithful scarecrow has been taken away – exposed to the piercing beak of gray reality, deprived of the daily annoyance of insects, stripped of a shield against the tribulations of his job and the botheration of boring routine. No more planning for a glorious commando operation; no more sowing of widespread, useful nuclear fears; no more fanning of heart-warming, blinding panic. No more Churchill! Heaven help us. Just housing, and the cost of living, and the budget, and the coalition, and corruption, and a whole world that insults and scorns and snipes at him.

It truly rends one’s heart.

But our hope has not yet been lost. If salvation doesn’t come from without, we will bring it from within, from ourselves. From the Jewish brain and its wiles. And here it is: As everyone already knows, the State of Israel – of course only according to strange foreign sources – has a respectable arsenal of atomic bombs that long since crossed the 200 mark. More than enough to destroy half the world.

It’s too much. We don’t need so many bombs. It’s true that the entire world is against us, but in the view of security experts (who are also sometimes strange and foreign), destroying a quarter of the world would suffice “to create deterrence,” as they are wont to say in the appropriate offices.

In other words, we have surplus bombs. And here, in these surplus bombs, lies the solution to Netanyahu’s distress. All he has to do is take one of those 200 bombs of ours (according to foreign sources), wrap it up nicely in gift wrapping and give it secretly, as an anonymous donation, to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

To anyone who fears the move might be discovered and embarrass us, don’t worry; nobody will notice the loss of one bomb out of 200. And even if a curious journalist does discover that one is missing, it’s not so terrible. As is the norm in such cases, Israel will grab the lowly guard on duty and cast him into purgatory the way one usually does with scapegoats, and that will settle the matter.

And thus, everyone will once again be happy. The Iranians, because they have the bomb. The world, because it reached an agreement with the Iranians. And of course Benjamin Netanyahu, who will once again be able to cling to the Iranian bomb, to frighten everyone around him with it and to dream at night about commando operations that will return him to the days of his youth. And when he’s alone at home, he’ll once again be able to stick a cigar in the corner of his mouth, stand in front of the mirror and declaim aloud: “I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, sweat and tears” (and for a change, this time, he’ll even be telling the truth).

And in fact, why deny it? Even I would be a bit calmer. The knowledge that at least one of those 200 bombs of ours had been put into slightly more judicious hands would give me a tiny smidgen of neurotic serenity.

Good news for Iran and the region as a whole!!
May peace prosper!!
Congratulation to all Iranian brothers.

Not to invite any trolling, still, i hope the Muslims, Iran and the Arabs can also come to some sort of agreement, even if they cannot work together for the prosperity of the region and religion at least stop creating hurdles for the other and just try to live in peace.
