Iran is like Mars?

I had seen a collection of photographs of Iranian central deserts taken by a professional western photographer many years ago. They were very low altitude photos from helicopter. I can not find them anymore but those photos were priceless. The above photo though very beautiful, is nothing compared to those. These photos, I am talking about were from a special part of Iranian desert and they were so out of this world kind. It was not like Mars, or anything, it was like science fiction stuff.

When we say someone is rich,we look at his assets,belongings and holdings.
You know better than me that without sanctions and with a good management,Iran can fill the little gap of two countries gdp sooner than you think.

Yea, I know what you mean, but if we talk about the current situation, Turkey is considered to be richer than Iran economically just because of its nominal GDP advantage. But there's no doubt that only few countries in the world could be compared to Iran when it comes to natural wealth. Maybe only Russia and the USA could be compared with Iran when it comes to natural wealth, other countries are pretty poor in natural wealth if we compare them with Iran. Don't forget that Iran is also in the top of the world when it comes to luxury foods.

Due to sanctions or travel restrictions Iran is such a mystery, its great to get information and knowledge about Iran. I am not into deep cultural roots or religious backgrounds - more interested in the day to day life, tourist attractions, food habits etc.

Oh come on I want to see them

Unfortunately I do not have them anymore. They were a professional collection most probably photographed in color just before revolution in Iran. I had saved them but have lost them now and can not find them online either. But I am sure copies must exist. Maybe in Iran's geographic society or somewhere. Anyways, the place is there and can be photographed again. But I guess it is inaccessible so a helicopter with an expert pilot would be handy.

Guys not only is this landscape amazing but they hold so many secrets too.
like recently the jiroft civilization was found in Iran and is said to be a contender for the oldest in the world.
the largest and oldest ziggurat was also found there 6000 years old. the site has two layers and the oldest layer has tey to be unearthed.

so many civilization are waiting to be unearthed in Iran.
I want to go back to my country

Iran , the most beautiful name and the most breathtaking place on this planet .
I'm not surprised by these pictures it's said that Iran is a small continent with four seasons which you can find 10 out of 12 different climates in it . thanks God .
