What deterrence you're talking,deterrence means as a whole defense system which includes air force/Army/Navy/Air defense logistics/support/maintenance/ strategic BMs etc etc you're quite advance only in Air defense and BMs tech but weakest on rest of departments

If Mig-29 is upgraded up to Mig-35 standard and acquired in size-able numbers, IRIAF might actually look potent. Addition of A-50 Mainstay AWACS is mandatory.
