He was indeed a great king who let the Jewish people to go back to their homeland, but his wisdom was forgotten in Iran: now you want to destroy the same country. what is peace? you mean no war? well fighting is part of human nature, we fight over women,food and so on...
middle east if filled with countries that are very proud, like Iran,egypt,Iraq,israel,syria and so on. these nations all think they are better than the rest and dislike each other. even when they try becoming united under one word "arab" they still fight over certain divisions within themselves such as shia-sunni and arab v Persian. so IMO you should not try and make them become friend but rather make then not have anything to do with each other. kindda like having a next door neighbour, you don't have to be friends or enemies. You can live side by side for decades without any fighting. but there is always a trouble causer who causes trouble in the cause it is the Americans who are trying to create divisions in the region so they can keep Israel safe and they oil too.
