Iran criticizes Turkey's "secular Islam"

@Harry_Thomason

Dude I dont know Iranian language. All the media say the same thing. And IMO saying we will wipe israel off the map or Israel regime ........ is the same thing.
Do you know there are translations to English what Iranian government says? You just need to want to know the truth, instead of blindly believing what pro-Israel and pro-US media is saying, havent you encountered their lies yet?

And no, he didnt said they'll wipe regime also, and one more - regime isnt the same as the nation, common sense. For example, is it fair to say Jews hated Nazi regime? Of course they did, but it doesnt mean they hate Germans, that would be pure racism.

the problem with the Uighur issue is that whenever we mention it, just mention it. a lot of Chinese jump on us and say we support terrorism. from nowhere did we mention it, we just support Uighur issue and then every Uighur is a terrorist for a lot of them.

what do Americans and Turks (at least the ones here) have in common? they both claim that we fund and support our enemies. The Americans claim that Iran supports the sunni groups Al Quaida, a group that considers Iranians as its enemy for both being shia and of Parsi nationality, and the Turks here are claiming that we are funding PKK, a group that is an enemy of Iran and fighting Iran.

I get the feeling the stuff they are teaching you in Turkey is more propaganda than well-examined ideas. Chinese dislike Turkey because you support Uighur independence agenda. We never said it had to be "terrorism". Any sort of support for separatist movements in China is a hostile act against us! Just like india keeping the Tibetan government in exile in Dharmsala.

i haven't been educated in Turkey, but Norway. the most democratic country you can ever set your feets on. the problem is not that we support separatists or terrorists. but the fact that people like you jump in and say we support terrorists because we feel with the Uighur people.

anyway, wont drag this more.

Political Islamic thought and systems is completely against traditional Islamic thought and historical realities.

There have hardly been any Muslim religious scholars who have been head of states as well. The Taliban between 96-2001 was an exception and so is Iran since 1979. No other Muslim country in the world has a Mullah or Religious head of state.

In this sense, Iran and the Iranian people will eventually have to correct their system so that the idea that Ayatollahs can be head of states and hijack Islam to use it as a political tool can end. And Turkey as it moderates its anti-religion secularism to a more inclusive version can show the way for how it can be done. Indonesia and Bangladesh are also pretty good recent examples in this regard.
