Bro you need an update, your great work with 3d programs needs more ressources . I suggest you to look out for a xeon e3 haswell. Infact it is a i7 4790 without the igpu and oc capability but it is a monster with for cores and 4 threads

Westerns have long term strategical plane for region , they don't change their plane so easily ( unless they are forced to do this ... )
one of their plane is to separate ME countries to smaller countries and I'm sure buying airliners from them won't change their plane ...
