Don't invest in Bahria Town. Your conscious shouldn't allow it. It was made by Riaz Malik, who made his haraam wealth by grabbing the lands of shia villagers in rural rawalpindi with the help of retired army generals. He also funds the lal masjid and SSP terror dens in pindi islamabad region as a recent report mentioned so that he can terrorize the shia villagers who don't sell their lands to him. If I had my way, I'd burn Bahria Town to the ground for it was built on stolen land.

Invest in DHA. In Peshawar, a DHA is also being built. Then there are these societies built exclusively for overseas Pakistanis, you can look at them.

Also, you know how there is no shortage of morally and financially corrupt Pakistanis right? They are present on PDF as well. Just saying.

Nope. We Potoharis and Seraikis will escape the occupation sooner or later. In terms of population, Pindi is Potohari majority. Of course, we'll make our province constitutionally, so no need to worry, we'll act humane and all. Just wait for us to wake up from slumber. As soon as Seraiki province gets made, we'll wake up immediately. Let's see when Seraiki waseb gets made.

Lol at "paid for". You know why the woman was shot dead by Taji Khokhar? Because she wasn't selling her land for a couple of thousands. I know a number of people who weren't paid a single penny for their land. I have a friend who has actually worked for these guys and witnessed their harkatein first hand, so don't tell me these men are lawful.

As for the shia sunni issue. It was brought by the Punjabis. It's not a part of our culture. Sorry I'm not too much into political correctness. Truth needs to be told once in a while.

The best place to buy a property in Pakistan is in islamabad, my uncle have bought a small plot of 3 crore in E11 which during 1 year of time increased to 4 crore. I dont know much about other cities but islamabad i think is the best place to invest. The best ideal thing is to buy plot in new sectors and then wait for a year or two when its worth will increase then you can sell it to gain more profit but sometimes its value drops. Or if you are not interested in this sort of investment then you can simply make your own house by buying a low prize plots from new sectors, if you want.

bro buy land in not so big town.buy where u belong.we have bought 200 acres recently in our village recently.also alote of commercial property like 25 crors.or relatives take care of it for us.we also dont go to pakistan very often.but native town is best

Yeah i want to invest in peshawar, as i mention in OP, but there is no bharia town in peshawar (there is website for it, but so many misspelling and there is picture of his dad and his son). Someone said DHA is coming to Peshawar, so that might be something.

So I want to invest in Pakistan, but advised not to by almost everyone here. Their reason being is Kabza mafia. Since the mafia knows we're foreigners and have no time to fight a lenghty court battle about the ownership of property, they happily take over it. Plus if all else fail, they threaten to kidnap/kill if the owner visits Pakistan.


Is this true still? There is much to invest in and I rather not invest in something that is a complete worry.

When I lived in Pakistan, this guy who was building the house died. So these 2 families (pakhtoon) fought over ownership of dead man's land, saying it belonged to them. Funny thing is, the two were also distance relatives and neighbours.

I prefer to invest in peshawar/adjoining areas.

Investing in property is always profitable but it would be better if you have someone living there who can look after your assets at least. I bought 1 piece of land in Islamabad 2 years ago and it market price is 3 time higher now.
