In Bangladesh anything is possible. The question is how so many Indians got into Bangladesh and then are able to send their money out of the country. If this is just the legal method then a great deal more is being sent out illegally.

If you know what is the process of remittance, then you will not ask this type of question. I will give you quick crash course, for example if you are sending remittance from BD to India, then you must have proper work visa along with passport details and employer proof. Now if it is through hawala then it is illegal and you will not be able to traced, as the figure 3.2 billion is through proper way then BD need investment in Vocational and Polytechnic institute so that in next 5 to 10 years you can take the place of Indian and reduce the remittance drastically, otherwise these nationalist sentiment will not do any help for pvt. sector as they are not going to close the factories if they do not find skilled people in BD, they are businessman and will take skill people where they get cheaply and quickly. Period

Bangladesh is now the fifth largest remittance source for India, with around $3.7 billion sent in 2013.

You are novice!!! you are not understanding how International political diplomacy works. First of all as i have said in my previous post this 3.2 billion is legally send to India, you can reduce only by replacing skilled Indian with the Bangladeshi people. Secondly INDIAN people which bring FDI need some people in mid and senior management from India so that information will flow correctly with Indian headquartered company, It is same as Korean,American, Japanese,etc company does in India when they they bring FDI. But as the local country become mature in the long run some of these people will get replaced with the local people.
